CLINICS

Clinics are held for the IIIrd B.H.M.S and the IVth B.H.M.S students. They are an extension of the tutorials and pre clinics held for the IInd B.H.M.S students. They are in the following subjects:

1) Organon & Homoeopathic Philosophy
2) Homoeopathic Materia Medica
3) Obstetrics and Gynecology (IIIrd B.H.M.S)
4) Surgery (IIIrd B.H.M.S)
5) Medicine (IVth B.H.M.S)
6) Repertory (IVth B.H.M.S)

Clinics in the subject of Gynecology, Surgery and Medicine involve additional Clinical Discussion with the students in the respective subjects followed by in depth discussion on the Homoeopathic understanding of the case pretaining to Philosophy, Materia Medica and Repertorization of the case.

In the Clinics, Homoeopathic Anamnesis involves discussing the case under consideration along the following lines:
1) The Method of Case Taking
2) Case Synthesis/Summary
3) Case Evaluation
4) Hahnemannian Classificatiion of Diseases
5) Miasmatic Evolution of the case in discussion
6) Prescriptive totality suggesting group of likely indicated drugs
7) Understanding of Susceptibility
8) Posology
9) Auxillary measures (if any)
10) Investigations
